Magnificent location, exceptional service - everything is fine. I liked the room with three normal beds for adults, the bed was comfortable. My breakfast was for the price.

I liked staff and rooms on site the hotel. The property was a good base for enjoying a good area, close enough to Marrakech and the airport.

The leisure facilities were top-notch, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun terrace. The staff is amiable, the breakfast above average, the ocation is unbeatable close to menara mall, the city centre and water fountain.

A reasonably priced property, fairly clean, perfect location for Marrakesh as it's near the convention centre. Hivernage district certainly deserves to be visited. Excellent service, pleasant and brilliant staff. Parking is nearby.

Excellent Moroccan decor throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. I had a specific issue where there was a lack of hot water in my room. Despite reporting it, the hotel staff took immediate action and had the technician come to fix it promptly. The problem was resolved, and I was able to enjoy a hot shower afterwards.
